At present, concepts such as sustainability, IoT or environmental protection are increasingly mentioned in connection with retail. The aim of the paper is to find out which factors have the greatest influence on consumer behavior when choosing a particular online store and whether consumer behavior would be influenced by the implementation of the Internet of Things and the concept of sustainability.

The main goal of the paper is to identify the preferences and satisfaction of customers with delivery services within the last mile. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted, which showed that consumers prefer delivery by courier, payment by card online and can already imagine to a large extent the delivery of goods by drone.

Slovakia has lot of obstacles that must solve little by little. This article is looked into a topic about digital skills that are essential for many enterprises and a government. The Slovakia needs to think up a good strategy to reach better outcomes the area of the digitalisation and digital skills of them civil in all of the segments of the people. Therefore, the aim of the article is to point out the digital skill people in Slovakia. People were stratified into groups, so I was able to identify the digital skills people in different areas. The survey was realized in 2020 year and I realized analysis of the DESI index in the area of the human capital.

Bitcoin, as a virtual currency, is one of the commonly available and used currencies. The aim of the paper is to analyze the use of ATMs for virtual currencies used at post offices. The article consists of an analysis of available ATMs for virtual currencies as well as a comparison of their possibilities. The paper presents a comparison of the three most important ATM manufacturers in the scope of their most used models.

Green delivery v oblasti poslednej míle v poštových podnikoch na Slovensku

The paper aims to show ecological road transport vehicles used by postal operators in Slovakia. Firstly, there is explained theoretical background of the problem. Secondly, there is explained aim of the paper. Next, we executed analysis of Slovak postal companies' webpages, where we searched for information about their logistic fleet. In conclusion, there are stated results as well as possible reason, why only a few of them use ecological vehicles.

Selected touchless technologies in supply chain

The Slovak postal market is part of the global postal market. Slovak Post also wants to provide postal services, which take into account new market trends that reflect the changing needs of postal users. One of modern services is the Integrated service point for citizens (IOMO), which makes it easier for them to handle official matters, the e-Government service. The aim of the expert article is to point out the declining use of IOMO services in Slovakia.

Slovak post is undergoing digitization and striving to provide various services for customers with the highest quality and most modern form. Slovak Post also provides e-government services for its customers as part of its services. The aim of the paper is to find out if a specific group of customers - legal entities are using e-government services at the branches of Slovak Post.

The article analyses the driver's interactions with the vehicle's interior while driving the car in laboratory conditions. The eye-tracking glasses were used for obtaining exclusive visual data from the driver's point. This data identifies the driver's gaze on stimuli in the virtual (laboratory) environment. All laboratory testing was performed in the truck simulator SNA - 211 REN. For analysis obtained data, the heat maps and focus maps were used accompanied with detailed analysis of dwell time, time of average fixation and number of fixations tested subjects on chosen areas of interest in the vehicle's interior.
