One of the basic requirements for delivering parcels is to analyse the risks involved. That is why the paper deals with the analysis of risks in the courier, express, and parcel industry through the qualitative method FMEA in the process of delivery to parcel lockers. The paper aims to identify, analyse, and recommend actions for companies operating in the CEP market. The research results provide a comprehensive overview and quantification of the risks associated with parcel locker delivery.
