Intenzita využívania elektronického obchodovania v čase pandémie

The pandemic has affected various areas of human life and has greatly influenced consumers' shopping behaviour. Due to restrictions and measures that were introduced, consumers were forced to change their shopping ways. The intensity of online shopping has increased and consumer preferences have also changed. The aim of the article is therefore to analyse and compare consumer preferences before and during the pandemic.
